Meet Mark Grambergs

Mark has more than 35 years experience in real estate development.

Mark’s project experience spans more than 3.3 million square feet of award-winning on campus student housing, 9,500 beds and over $600 million in real estate developments.

Mark was the development lead for the largest revitalization project in the United States at The University of Kentucky. In addition, Mark has been involved in the development of more than $1.8 billion of enclosed malls and lifestyle shopping centers.

Prior to the Greystar/ EdR acquisition, Mark served university partners for more than seven years. Mark earned a Juris Doctor from The University of Georgia, and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Georgia State University.

Mark resides in Memphis, TN with his wife and four children.
