Meet Bob Earwood

Bob has more than 40 years of experience in the development and construction industry.

Bob most recently served as Senior Vice President of Construction where he directed the construction efforts for all collegiate housing projects for EdR, totaling more than 26,000 beds and $2.2 billion of construction.

Bob began his career with Holiday Inns - Worldwide, where he constructed hotels and resorts throughout the United States. He was selected to participate on the design and construction team that developed the first Hampton Inns, Embassy Suites, Homewood Suites, and Crowne Plazas. Since then, Bob has focused on the construction and project management of hotels, convention facilities, high-rise condominiums, luxury health spas, golf courses, and collegiate housing.

Bob earned Bachelor degrees from Arkansas State University. He was a licensed general contractor for over 35 years, a member of the Construction Management Association of America and the American Society of Civil Engineers.

Bob resides in Collierville, TN with his wife, and enjoys snow skiing, fishing, and watching college football.
